Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions

Data Protection
The use of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, and is an integral and binding part of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Customer data is used by Tredici solely and exclusively for the optimal handling of the customer's order, i.e. taking the order, dispatch to the customer, requesting clarification from the brand in the event of problems with the order or customer requests. The data required on the site are as follows: -First and last name -full address -telephone number -email address
They are also used by Tredici to monitor the purchase frequency of customers registered on the website and newsletter, to confirm receipt of the order by the company, to request confirmation of payment from the customer if this has not arrived automatically after payment, and to monitor the geographical origin of orders received for sales analysis.

Product
Tredici manages and organises the production of garments, from product development, through the end of the production process, to delivery to the customer. Tredici reserves the right to modify and manage the entire production line in order to ensure the most sustainable product possible for the customer, while maintaining the terms of quality that Tredici wants to ensure for its purchasers.

Orders
Tredici allows the contract to be concluded via the online platform where the buyer finds all available products. The purchaser makes his choice via the online sales channel. The chosen product is indicated in the shopping cart (webshop). By confirming the order, the purchaser submits a binding offer to purchase the selected items. The purchaser is obliged to correctly and completely communicate all data required to enable the product ordering process. In the event that the purchaser does not provide the data correctly and completely, Tredici reserves the right to contact the customer by means of the contact form and the data in its possession, if this is not sufficient for the clarification or contact of the customer Tredici reserves the right to suspend the order. This decision shall be communicated to the customer by electronic or paper mail. All orders placed via the online account shall be attributed to the purchaser as holder of the online account and shall be binding for him.
Occasionally Tredici collaborates with some local independent businesses to sell its products physically; this is the only situation in which the company reserves the right to produce on an estimated sale and not on a made to order basis.
The contract with the retailer is concluded by both parties before the start of the collaboration, defining the percentage of profit, sales price to the customer, product location, product display and, if necessary, order taking.

Delivery
Delivery of the product is assured to the customer within 30 days after the end of the pre-order. When this is not possible, the customer is contacted via the information collected and listed under Data. Delivery zones are defined via the website. If the delivery zone is not available, the customer is contacted directly by Tredici.

Payment
Payment by bank transfer is made available to the customer by means of the data provided in the order confirmation by e-mail that the customer receives upon completion of the order on the online platform.
The order is only processed once the payment has been received from the customer. Should this not be done within a maximum of 30 days, Tredici reserves the right to contact the customer by means of the contact form and the data in its possession; should this not be sufficient to clarify or contact the customer, Tredici reserves the right to suspend the order. This decision is communicated to the customer by electronic and/or paper mail. VAT, when present, is taken into account in the price at the conclusion of the order.

Warranty
Tredici defines the production of products according to the customer's order. This process makes it impossible to return the product unless there is an unavoidable production error.
In this case, the customer must contact and notify the company of the problem within 14 days of receipt of the product. Tredici will assess each case, upon receipt of the complaint, in order to find a solution such as replacement or repair if this is possible at the company's expense. Beyond the 14th day after receipt, the company reserves the right not to provide replacement or repair measures of any kind.

Responsibility
Should the product be damaged due to transport, the customer must contact and notify the company of the problem within 10 days of receipt of the damaged product. Tredici will assess each case in order to find a solution such as replacement or repair if this is possible at the company's expense.

Return and exchange procedure
In any case of a request for return of the item, other than an error in the execution of the product, the company reserves the right to assess each case individually, without any obligation to return the item. If the company accepts the return and or the request for repair of the garment, the customer agrees to pay the return shipment. The company will assume the cost of the shipment upon completion of the repair or replacement process.

Services
All services are governed by the terms and conditions of Tredici, accessible through the sales channels. The company may at any time change the range of services offered or suspend the provision of services.

Vouchers
The customer has the option of purchasing vouchers of different values on the online platform; vouchers are valid for 12 months after purchase. Vouchers that have passed the indicated date will no longer be accepted by the company as valid.
